These terms govern plumbing services provided by Ratterman Plumbing, including estimates, project execution, and service agreements. Engaging our plumbing services indicates acceptance of these terms for professional plumbing work.
Plumbing Service Agreements
All plumbing services by Ratterman Plumbing require a signed service agreement outlining project scope, materials, timeline, and pricing. Verbal agreements for plumbing work are not binding until documented in written service agreements.
Estimate Process for Plumbing Projects
Plumbing estimates provided by Ratterman Plumbing are valid for 30 days and based on visible conditions at assessment. Additional plumbing work discovered during project execution may require estimate adjustments with customer approval.
Scheduling and Cancellation for Plumbing Services
Plumbing service appointments require 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Emergency plumbing services are prioritized based on severity and may affect scheduled non-emergency plumbing work timing.
Payment Terms for Plumbing Work
Payment for plumbing services is due as specified in service agreements. Larger plumbing projects may require deposits for material procurement. Final payment is due upon satisfactory completion of all plumbing work.
Warranty Coverage for Plumbing Services
Ratterman Plumbing warranties cover workmanship and materials for specified periods following plumbing service completion. Warranty claims require notification within the coverage period and apply only to original plumbing work locations.
Property Access for Plumbing Work
Customers must provide safe, unobstructed access to plumbing work areas. Ratterman Plumbing is not responsible for pre-existing property conditions unrelated to plumbing service execution.
Material Selection for Plumbing Projects
We use specification-grade plumbing materials meeting current code requirements. Material substitutions may occur with equivalent quality and customer notification when specified materials are unavailable.
Emergency Plumbing Service Terms
Emergency plumbing services are available 24/7 with priority response. Emergency service rates apply outside standard business hours and include immediate assessment and containment measures for plumbing emergencies.
Permitting and Code Compliance
Ratterman Plumbing obtains required permits for plumbing work and ensures code compliance. Customers are responsible for any homeowner association approvals or additional permissions needed for plumbing project execution.
Liability Limitations for Plumbing Services
Our liability for plumbing services is limited to the service agreement value. Ratterman Plumbing carries appropriate insurance for plumbing work but is not responsible for pre-existing conditions unrelated to our plumbing services.
Dispute Resolution for Plumbing Services
Disputes regarding plumbing services will be addressed through direct discussion and mediation if necessary. Legal action related to plumbing work must be filed in the jurisdiction where services were performed.
